1、自動攪拌一體車電機傳動皮帶過松的情況，只需停機后調整混凝土攪拌機電機傳動皮帶的張緊度即可。

2、側葉片與關內壁卡滯物料時，在攪拌軸停轉前往往會有尖銳刺耳的摩擦聲，出現這種情況立即停機檢查，人工排除異物，重新調整混凝土自動上料攪拌車攪拌葉片或側葉片與罐內壁間的間隙，有必要時可以用水先清洗下。
